October 31st is the last day to request an absentee ballot – use the link above to get the form and mail it to your County Clerk’s office.
“We accept written applications from registered voters, by mail or by fax, beginning the first of each year, for all elections in the calendar year. The written request must contain your printed name, date of birth, residential address in Boulder County, and the address where you wish to have the ballot mailed. You must also give your social security number or last four digits to further aid in locating your record in our files. Please state if your request is for the August 8th Primary Election and/or for the November 7th General Election.”
