I direct you to a new site keeping close tabs on the final chapter of the Fort Collins Fiber Optic Fight – wherein the multi-unit living spaces were actively thwarting expansion of the taxpayer-approved fiber optic network.

A new law HB24-1334 defines the rights and responsibilities of both the apt bldg, park, etc. and the installers. No more obstruction – unless they try to fight it in court.

Comcast stands to lose a LOT of business, I’ll bet money they’re going to pour more money into a protracted legal battle.
