To The Loud Fireworks

You make a mockery of our country.

I hope your karma finds you soon.

My dogs are literally throwing up from fear.

If you had any balls at all, you’d face the people you’re abusing.

Guess that’s not the coward’s way.

Pathetic, just like your travesty of a leader.

A neighbor asked me how I was doing – “Not Good!” I replied.

His wife snipped “Well if the City hadn’t canceled the fireworks show…”

SO THE WHOLE CITY HAS TO SUFFER BECAUSE YOU’RE PETULANT?!?!

Grow up.

These are the same folks that drive their dragster up and down our street regularly.

I tolerate that because I love cars and they’re reasonable about it, like most safe racers.

But their attitudes about fireworks and politics leave me a bit frustrated.

And I can tell that’s the attitude: “Fuck you, we win.”

Times change and this won’t be forgotten.
