No doubt tonite this is running on every video screen within arm’s reach of our Chimperor. Over and over and over, while he paces back and forth, glass of whiskey sloshing wildly. No doubt he yells with triumph every time Saddam falls out of sight. No doubt Laura cringes in fear wondering what he’ll want later.

Somewhere Poppy is weeping (again) and whispering: “No No No…!”
